Hossam Eldaly

Hossam has 22 years of experience in the field of food and beverage industries. He started as Maintenance Manager at Americana Company in Kuwait meat division and Technical Manager at Naif Poultry Company in Kuwait.

Hossam has been instrumental in the installation of Krones and Kitco production lines and played a big role coordinating and managing the installation of the new production lines.

He is mainly responsible for monitoring the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary, maintains and repairs maintenance shop equipment, ensures that production line for water, potato chips, snacks and preform are in good condition and well maintained. Supervises maintenance technicians by making sure they are adequately trained, equipped, updated in the new versions of operating procedures for the machine and keeps them motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

And also works hand and hand with department managers to carry our any maintenance or repair work related to the whole company.
